Extrusion blow moulding

Clear plastic polyethylene pellet, and if required, colour masterbatch are fed into a heated extruder.
A round parison is extruded through a ringshaped die. The parison is transferred into a hollow metal mould, compressed air is introduced through the mouth of the container and the plastic is pressed
against the wall of the watercooled mould. Finally the mould is opened and the finished product
is taken out.

We use extrusion blow moulding to make bottles, jars and tubes
